I look at every case as if I lived there myself
I have worked with outdoor noise barriers for more than twenty years and have been directly involved in more than 1,000 large and small projects.
The value of that experience is not knowing one product. It is recognising what matters, what probably will not work, and where money is better spent.
What would I do if this were my home, my problem and my money?

I am not tied to one barrier product
Renovating an existing fence, self-build, testing, local shielding or a complete custom barrier can all be valid. The site and the desired outcome come first.
Sometimes the answer is: do not build it
If I believe the achievable improvement is unlikely to justify the investment for you, I would rather say that before you spend the money.
