Before the call, you send relevant photos, approximate dimensions, the source location and a short description of the problem. I review the material first.
We then have a 30–45 minute remote consultation focused on four questions:
- Is a barrier likely to make sense here?
- What result seems realistically achievable?
- Does that fit what you want to achieve?
- What would I do next if this were my site and my budget?
